Does anti-aging necessarily have to mean longevity?

I mean, I don’t tend to live past 80 which is average human lifespan. I’d like to slow down my aging to a point that when I’m 40 people will think I’m 28 (fuck you it’s possible shoot yourself) and so on, you get the point. WILL THIS CAUSE ME TO LIVE LONGER? Like does tretinoin affect my lifespan? Or any other anti-aging cream/supplement? Multivitamins? Magnesium? Hardcore edging?
