Yes it will.

Not sure why people think their face is some sort of peanut butter jelly sandwich . If you apply Retin-A, you want it to sit on your face and absorb overnight. If you choose to apply a moisturiser after Retin-A application, you will have half of the Retin-A that you applied on your face rub onto your hands. Any leftover Retin-A on your face will also be suspended in a cocktail of moisturising molecules that block further absorption.

This is assuming you want to maximise results from Tretinoin.
