ive been told by people it does and it doesn't and its not worth it. What do y'all think?

Some people say it works when paired with androgens such as test, heard one guy say it works if you're doing high dose HGH.

Not in the sense many think. it only inflames your skin due to the blunt force trauma but the "micro fracture" thing isn't true. still good to bonesmash zygos for the swelling tho

naw shits trash it just swells ur face making it look like bone but goes away after 3-5 days, and tbh most of the time it comes out looking uneven and u have to use makeup to cover the brucing up which is another hassle

covering up the bruising is easy af icl also some redness isn't bad

Doesn’t trigger periosteal apposition. Only inflammation which might look like it’s working but it doesn’t actually add bone

Lmfao wolfs law doesnt even work like that and if it did it wouldnt be mm of bone that would make a diffrencs most of it is swelling and fibrotic tissue formation subcutaneously fibrpsis its not the bone thickeing its the top layer of tissue underneath the skin
