Does botox can help be having low set brow ridges and by that more "predator" eyes ?

Here are some pics of my eyes, i have too much upper eyelid exposure, as you can see, it's due to mostly brow ridges that are not very low set + fat less in that part.

i've heard that's better than fillers, or even fat graftling. and brow ridges implants won't do it because you'll look like a caveman.
