does downgrown affect hyoid

since my fucked jaw is downgrown like wack will it effect jaw line. like since it’s downgrown will it be harder for hyoid to be pushed up? also i’m fat ass fuck rn but is hollow cheeks all bones pretty much

Depends how downgrown, Sean o pry is slightly downgrown but his jawline is still pretty chiselled from what I assume is a well suspended hyoid. Hyoid suspension is held by suprahyoid and infrahyoid muscles, some people on this forum claim training them with certain exercises can help raise the hyoid bone and thus give more definition to your jawline but idk if that's cope or not. Also submental fat can reduce the appearance of the jaw so losing weight is a must.
Hollow cheeks is being lean + bones, mainly zygo prominence but things like bigonial width and even chin projection help give the contour.
