I am turning 14 in march when I go the the my relatives and friends say that it will stunt my growth. Is this cope?
Does going to the gym have any other benefits for me

Note; I am eating like 300 in a surplus, high protein and getting like 10hrs of sleep daily

You can very very well start at 16 same as 14

Because there is no scientific evidence that going to gym would influence your height growth negatively. A simple google research could give you that information retard...

Depends on how heavy you lift but yeah it can make you shorter and underdeveloped if you work out to hard

definitely will stunt ur growth to a minor extent. wouldn't go more than 1-2x a week if at all.

Why would you even go to the gym at 14? Its not like your really going to build any muscle, everyones a twink at that age, op do what you want but looking back at it if you grow short at 17 you wish you didnt start, my friends 17 and like 5’6 or something and says wish he didnt start gym so early (14)

definitely will stunt ur growth to a minor extent. wouldn't go more than 1-2x a week if at all.

I am currently doing 3 sets of one warmup, one moderate set and one set to failure with heavy

Dont stress too hard about this stuff rn man just watch some youtube videos about lifting for young teens and learn little by little. you're incapable of doing everything perfectly optimal right off the rip, especially at ur age, and your gains will really take off more into later years or so. just train hard, learn as much as you can, get ur friends in with you, and have a good time :D
