I'm in my 20's and I started gymcelling at the early age. Did I lose my potential height because of this? or am I tripping.

heavy lifting can actually increase human growth hormone (hgh), which may help with height growth during puberty. as long as you use proper form and avoid injuries to your growth plates, weightlifting shouldn’t stunt your height. instead, it can help you build muscle and improve bone health.
