title?

"Actually, for every gram of carbohydrate you consume and your body keeps to use as energy, your body hoards 3 to 4 grams of water to help store the energy (glycogen)."

but in the same time carbohydrates decrease cortisol which is positively related to water retention.

there must be a way to cycle this shit to have low water retention for couple of days. anyone experienced?

You can eat high carb and have low visible water retention; there will only be more glycogen stored which doesn't lead to a puffier looking face

Keto is cortisol inducing, collagen raping, and you will be depleted of energy

but gylcogen pulls water too.

only for special days.
