Does the fat in the face decreases after 20 years old?

Like I'm not asian or any etnicy that usually have high fat in the face, i'm white. So I was wondering if it goes down after 20 years old, like i'm not on death tier level but it sure hides my cheekbones a bit and dont allow me to have hollow cheecks.

It is well known that as your testosterone increases, less fat is stored around the cheeks

This is what I'm worried hahah, becaule like I have a bit of fat to the point of not allowing me to have hollow cheeks, but I'm worried that I will look shit without them JFL

it depends on your fat distribution genetics some people store face fat even at low bf percentages

Ig this is my case, not death tier but not great either. Besides fat pad removal, is there any other things to do in this case?

you cant your genetics and I wouldnt recommend doing fat removal unless its death tier because all it will do is descend you after a few years

Yeah this is what im thinking about. Cant I do a fat pad removal but not remove 100%?
