Does the Gym help?

I have been told for many months now that if you are in Puberty you can maximise your facial potential by going to the gym. Apparently due to the Gym raising testosterone and also enhance your features. I have been wondering and asking myself would this actually change anything or is it just cope and it is all genetics?

Exercise and eating well and recovering can help to optimise your hormones but its more a matter of being healthy optimising your potential rather than "the gym is going to raise your test and give you bones"
Start lifting anyways, lean muscle is always a halo
