What is effect from 30mg of vyvanse supposed to be like?

What are the effects?

it depends.

overall you will feel an increase in energy and focus, loss of appetite, mild euphoria.

however you will build a tolerance to the postive effects.

unless you have adhd, the drug will not help long term. it also isnt the most effextive for weight loss as you will gain the weight back after you stop taking.

if you have adhd i would highly recomend taking it as it will improve your well heing. but if not i woild caution against.

for leaning, just take ephedrine and caffeine
