so I made this thread 10 days ago where I said that I lost 1.2kg in a week with probiotics instead of my average 0.7-0.8g
and I also later said that I gained back 0.5kg because I stopped dieting and ate carbs and stopped being on a deficit (which means water retention)
and after 2-3 days of stopping dieting I gained an additional 0.5kg of water
however looking at my scale now, 10 days later
I see that I lost 2kg and I am 0.8g lighter then I was before the water retention and stopping the diet, and I am still not on a diet
I still eat carbs and all of that bullshit (which mean that I still retain more water), I am not on a deficit and in fact I had 2 days where I was in a surplus
which also means that majority of this weight can't just be water, I also always check my weight after I wake up and do my business in the toilet, so it can't be a different time of measuring as well
will update more soon
