I just feel great all the time, I have a much stronger drive to do things and i honestly love my life rn. It really was just get fit for me.

The routine is as follows:

Cardio of somekind while maintaining heartrate at 125-150 for an hour per session

It unironically really helped me

I should also mention it made me, less fucking autisitic and find women way more attractive. Even the MTBs are fuckable. It has made me not socially anxious at all. There is no inhibition, its almost as if I can allow myself to make mistakes and that has changed my mind to normal again

cardio releases feel good chemicals in your brain
ideal is mixing HIIT with resistance training
i do 30-45 mins boxing then follow it up with weightliftring

Im not in shape enough for that yet. Just trying to get lean and keep some muscle. I will use thid down the line
