Lift weights and one 10km run a week is all you need. I personally cant bother with The running.

Too much exercise will age you, because your body will struggle to keep up with healing itself time and time again.

But too little exercise will also age you.

The problem is because too much exercise ageing you is never talked about, content creators on YouTube will say it and get a reaction from the audience for saying it and it will drive traffic to their video and channel. i do not know , but since parasites are not reverisble (they go latent in u , u cannot remove toxoplasma ) i choose to cook meat until i know for sure that its worth it

cooking meat create AGEs as one of the problems . not the only problem it destroy nutirents enzymes and alters nutrients but for reduceing AGE formationn i boil briefly not too hot and use a ton of cinnamon (might inhobit AGEs)
Eggs are very similar to meat and according to chatGPT they have comparatively very little AGE’s (or at least boiled eggs, I eat like 8 boiled eggs a day)

ideal is sun avoidance , not toxic sun protection . my solution : UV blocking transparent face shield . i wear this when not in public outside . good diet and eating plant skins that grow in sun -> sun resistance . red light before sun -> sun resistance . grounding -> sun resistance

i take cinnamon glycine NAC , maybe ameliorates ageing from sun .
You could also wear a cap. I wear a cap every time I go outside, it’s probably less effective than a face shield but it’s a lot more NT
If your Asian you could also get away with walking around with an umbrella everywhere, lots of Asians do that

Kind of ironic how an obese guy with a triple layered chin is lecturing people about the importance of exercise. I just can't take scientists like him seriously JFL.

Moderate cardio like walking, slow jogging, and strength training is obviously healthy because it keeps you lean. However, overdoing it (which applies to almost everything in life) like exercising hard everyday/HIIT, will age you faster because of chronic stress.
If it’s healthy “because it keeps you lean” it would be much better to just eat less calories, no?
 
Yeah looked my healthiest when I was walking about 2 hours daily in a very relaxed state.

Weightlifting just accentuates wrinkling.
Some moderate lifting is still good for bone density and more resistant bones.
