Im like 12-15% body fat, and my face still looks on the chubby side. My bones are decent, my diet is ok-ish. idk what to do.

diet is honesty shit, i run out of 'healthy stuff' to eat at the house and go for the garbage thats around. I never really bothered with lymphatic drainage, and I try to keep salt on the low and potassium intake high. I also drink a good amount of water.Do you engage in lymphatic drainage? That's why your face looks chubby. I get the diet difficulties, but at least try morning and nightly lymphatic drainage (I go for 10-15 minutes of massage followed by a stroll of similar length).diet is honesty shit, i run out of 'healthy stuff' to eat at the house and go for the garbage thats around.
