Face/Overall fat loss

im 15yo, 134lbs, 169cm and im trying to lose face fat or overall fat. i do HIIT 4x a week and i do light workouts (PPL). can i get tips please

Sure.

Make sure to hit 3 liters water daily, around 4000 mg of potassium, 1000mg vitamin c and quality 7-9 hours of sleep, to get rid of any bloating

They key to cutting fat is to be on a calorific deficit and no amount of cardio can replace that. Make sure to start with 500 calories deficit and eventually reach 1000 calorie deficit for a solid cut.

First trynna put some weight on then cut.Theres no reason to lose fat at 15 134lbs ur already skinny dont ruin ur puberty with bullshit
