Raffaini is obviously a well regarded surgeon but I'd be wary with his pre and post op pics. I'm not denying there's a change but look at how different the lighting conditions are between the photos.

Yeah looks amazing and that’s exactly what I need. I don’t care about mandibular projection I care more about plane angle and ramus height. I haven’t seen much results tho I need to contact surgeons to see if its really that good

Yeah, definitely. The first time I saw it was the post-gonial cut with Ramieri, and then Alfaro when he published his BSSO cut classification paper (very interesting). Then I wanted to see some results, and I saw Raffaini. And yeah, most surgeons fraud.

Or are selective in the cases they promote. If your leading results are SFS or severe mandibular recession then of course you're going to get a great outcome.

Thanks i got my first compliment on it this weekend (from my mom but still). I started doing accutane 20-60mg every 5 or so days. i do tret and hydroquinone 2x a week. started my microneedling back up. daily i wear niacinamide, glycerine, spf.

the textures way better. wrinkles slightly better. elasticity still total shit.
