Fake tan advice

So I wanna get a fake tan (don’t recommend me mt2 I have my reasons or too go out in the sun, bc it’s winter and there’s legit no sun) .
I wanna know which is the best full body and face tan to buy and also how long can and often can I fake tan before it becomes damaging to me
