Fat grafting question

So I won't say which clinic but I'm talking about the one every hardmaxxer here goes to overseas for eyelid fat grafting

If I want to minimize the chance of complications, would it be that bad to look for a clinic in US or EU where there's some more liability? My main concern is fat embolism around the eyes.

Are the results from that one clinic that much better to justify flying there?

Yes 130% overfill is apparently the ideal to preserve the most fat in the end

What do you mean do you think overfill looks worse after a while? Honestly I just want to max out my PFL to PFH ratio as it's quite round and dogshit. If I could achieve hooding that would be a big help tbh. Even as a kid my eye area was better due to my fat pads, which have been dissolving a bit since I went through puberty.

I have no idea the price or even if they do prp / botox to preserve it in Thailand. I just don't get why for such a simple procedure people seem to prefer that place much more than anywhere else.

Yeah go with them, they were suboptimal for me, as I was patient zero, but all the guys in the last 12-18 months have had insane results.

So I probably would have, I recently had another procedure and it mostly failed, so I’m going back for a revision of that plus buccal fat removal - at which point I’ll be retiring from any form of hardmaxxing.
My advice from numerous surgeries is absolutely fat grafting is so unbelievably worth it, especially at Rattinan due to the sheer volume of users here thag have gone there, and they thus know exactly what we want, and how to execute it - I went to another clinic for my recent procedure (Rattinan don’t offer it, as I designed it myself jfl - and had it done in another country).

Yeah dude I’ve been sent some in DMs and holyyyy, mogger results.

Yeah the modified bleph thing, on one eye it’s gone like 50% to plan and looks amazing at times horrible at others, the other eye just failed full stop jfl.
Too much scar tissue developed essentially, they overused the cautery tool.
It SHOULD be an easy-ish fix, we’ll see.

Surgeons might not want to do it for you because its uncommon and they lack experience with it, and if they do agree they still aren't as familiar with the positive hooding and hunter eye look that everyone wants by going there.

In Thailand they've done it more times than any clinic in the world, are already familiar with the desired aesthetic outcome, and specialize in adding to an uncommon fat region.

I'm not gonna complain more than that especially since I consulted earlier and got my quote already and paid but I can tell you that they now charge double because people don't stop leaking prices and the clinic...

It's mostly just because a guy on the forum went there and posted results and popularised it. Just like with many other procedures, the forum is only aware of a few names and parrots those, and many good ones are gatekept by a few members who don't reveal them publicly.

You can do supra fat + prp in Italy if you want a first world option, but will cost way more ofc.

When you factor in current cost of flights & accommodation, it's already lost much of its appeal for European patients from a financial and logistical standpoint. I guess Americans have some additional margin before reaching that point (cost of fat graft in the US ... $6000-8000 ?), and that's what this Thai clinic is partially betting on.

People in this forum Atleast (we will never get the people from tik tokk to follow that example) need to learn to never speak about clinics maybe only just mention that you went to a clinic and think that you ascended and some people can DM you and then only show them privately

The forums information is publicly accessible and I don't even think a private section in this forum would help

One should DM someone in case of high interest

You always have to add the hotel and food costs too of course like you said then you will be in a bad place mentally during recovery and will want to do something fun

Legendary is just a word I autistically used tbh

They have good consistent results and I wrote with two users here that have been there and heard a lot on others forums and reddit but it's not mainstream yet which is why the prices haven't hicked yet

I look everywhere not only on looksmax
The big name surgeons shouldn't have a monopoly on procedures

I think a country doesn't decide how good q surgeon is and it can only decide how good surgeons on average are conapr d to another countries surgeons.
