FAT GRAFTING RESULTS (HIGHLY REQUESTED)

Honestly, not at all - I can just guarantee that since they’re super conservative, it’ll be massively underdone at that point.
The thing you should always remember is that you can always overfill and use $50 worth of aqualyx to burn a tiny bit of excess fat (which would NEVER be the case), or have to fly out and do another procedure for considerable cost and sacrifice.

Yep - they know EXACTLY what they’re doing and how to do it, just trust their placement (I was worried for 2 weeks, but now I’m looking at it and they achieved what they set out to achieve, just to a lesser extent of what I had in mind) and continue to stress to them that you want it filled 120 - 130% of the photos you provide them.
Alright I got it done now.

Honestly because of whatever drugs they give you, I was pretty much zoned out of it during the whole thing lol. I literally have no memory of them sticking needles in my face.

Even the lipo where they've got that huge needle sloshing around in me and poking my ribs, I was just in some kind of blissful trance. I can see why people get hooked on fentanyl or whatever now.

Anyway they stopped once, showed me a mirror and I said "more", I think they did a little more. Then they stopped and I tried saying more again. My memory is hazy but he said something along the lines of we've already done double, any more fat we put it now just wouldn't survive.

36 hours after it now my face is bloated as fuck, look like I've been attacked by a swarm of bees.

Will post pictures once it's all done and healed.

Awesome man this is fantastic.
Yeah you’ll look super bloated, almost foreign, for a few days.
Expect to be a little bloated for like 2 months.
If you can get it, as soon as you can, start using BPC 157 and ideally GHK Cu too either subq in your belly (though it will feel weird and tender so I’d advise not to, instead…) or in your ventroglute area, just with an insulin needle.
If you do this, expect an additional 15% or so retention, you would only need to do it EOD for about 3 weeks to get this return.

Yeah man the anaesthetic always feels so good, I remember when they were harvesting for my HT I was having vivid feeling of pure relaxation and comfort…

Oh also make your you keep that vest thing on as much as you can, it sucks, but if you take it off prematurely like I did, you’ll end up with almost like a pooling of fat just below your belly button, luckily I will rectify this when I come again.

Found a clinic in my city for 5-6k for just the upper and lower eyes including lipo, though I suspect I need supra-orbitals as well as fat grafting to optimize the result unfortunately. Life fuel for my eye area though

I’m going to put minimal effort into this.

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

Idk what the max tag is but I’ll do 10 at a time

It's now 8 days post-op. I'm still bruised and swollen as hell. It got so bad i was honestly worrying i was botched for a while lol. Today is the first day that i can see the swelling has gone down, rather than up, since the day before.

1st pic i took literally 5 minutes after the procedure.

2nd pic i took yesterday (7 days post op). That was peak bloating.

3rd pic is my eyes before (you can see just how bad my starting point was)

The main thing for me was I had absolutely god awful tear troughs. The problem is, it turns out, is that fat placed into that area has a really low survival rate. So with my hollow eyes being as bad as they were, its likely i might need several grafting sessions to properly fix them.

The pic taken straight after op i guess is what it looks like with 100% fat there. But again, much of that won't survive, especially below the eye. But just going off that pic, I think it's a big improvement over how bad my eyes were previously.

To be honestly it will probably be a matter of months before I can say what the final result will be. It all depends how much fat actually survives.

I think for now I can say it has improved the tear troughs and the eyes shapes. But I'll probably need at least another fat grafting session, and I still want a temporal brow lift to fix my drooping outer brow.

But overall for how cheap and easy it was I'm very happy. I did double jaw surgery last year so this is an absolute piece of piss in comparison.

Fucking mirin you bro.

Can’t wait to go.

Did Dr Taveechai perform it?

Yeah it was him.

I recommend bringing some big shades, you can see how bad the swelling gets.

Also do what I did and take a picture right away after the procedure. Once it clicked for me that that is the MOST "bloated" you will look (since that is 100% fat, 0% swelling) it put my mind to rest about being botched.

Good idea.

I’m also going to get a canthoplasty or canthopexy with the fat grafting, just to have less scleral show

is it already confirmed or just your plan? I'd be interested in that if you go through with it. I was already considering canthoplasty and it's likely I'll need another fat grafting session anyway (assuming much of this under eye fat doesn't survive).

Bit random now: if you're gonna be in Bangkok for a while and bored while you're recovering, I've spent most my week at "AIS esports studio". 60 baht per hour and it's super clean and modern.

I’ve spoken with Dr Taveechai multiple times, I’m definitely getting fat transfer to orbitals at the end of this year.

Not 100% sure about canthoplasty or canthopexy, he didn’t want to do canthoplasty because he said it might look too aggressive (I already have a PCT, but I have scleral show). So instead of canthoplasty, he suggested canthopexy.

I’m gonna be in Bangkok with my gf for about 3 weeks, what is this AIS thing?
