Yeah, I've been walking around like this ever since the bruising went away. My eyebrows are still raised, so I extract some mild humor in watching people double take - their subconscious knows something is off.

I am avoiding people I know, however, for at least a month.

Adding some data points since I just got this done at Rattinan with Dr. Game (not Tacheevi) 4 days ago. Filled the fuck out of the infras, a bit on zygos and temples, and some on supras.
Everyone so far is right about needing to be insistent on overfilling basically as much as possible if you look anything like the people who have posted pics so far.
During the procedure when they finally showed me the mirror to ask if I’m sarisfied, I unironically looked as botched if not more than bogdanoff due to the swelling. They said they already filled by 200% (4mL instead or 2mL in the undereye for example) so I basically just called it there besides some minor tweaks cuz it would be OVER if I looked even half that bad.
I’ve been healing from the swelling really fast. I got it Monday afternoon, it’s Friday morning, and I already look pretty much presentable swelling wise, besides the yellowish-green discoloration/bruising.
I would be pretty happy with this as my final result after my eyebrows/UEE lower like people have been saying happens, but it’s still probably over for me and I’ll need to go for a second round if it gets like >15% smaller
These pictures are kinda shit and angle frauded but at least I’ll post my ‘final’ results 2 months or so from now and try to be same angle/lighting as pre-op

(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

I’m gonna attempt to tag all the guys who have sent me a DM about my results over the last few months, I’m considerably busy 24/7 (stay tuned) so I can’t really reply much.

I guess, but mainly due to the raised eyebrows I would argue. But yeah I am/was going for a more high appeal anyways look that keeps aegyo sal and a slight hint of UEE too. To each their own though, that’s just me. Day 2 was basically Barrett lite eye support with james sapphire tier zygos at the 3/4, and zero LEE, which lowkey mogged the way it accentuated the medial canthi. So if that’s what someone wants then it’s possible if you overfill hard af and probably in 2 procedures.

Mainly that I want to increase FWHR, so I told him to focus on the lateral arches. My idea. A little bit to the zygo peaks anteriorly would also make all the added mass to the infras a bit more natural.
However, a lot of it has died/deswelled just like the undereye. Not satisfied with the width tbh, I think I was def too conservative. Easy to overdo zygos though aesthetically

I've planned a consult for a possible fat grafting in the upper eyelid sulcus to fix my UEE.
On the left you see my ''current'' eye area (i'm already working on fixing my eyebrows). On the right you see someone who has a very similar eye (and face) shape, but with a better fat distribution. Should I ask for an eye area that is more like that of Chico?

Also, i'm not from Australia, so i'm doing it in my local area. Is there a reason why everyone is going to Thailand for this surgery? What should I pay attention to? From what i've read this is on of the least botched surgeries out their, but I don't want my face destroyed ofcourse.

Because one guy on this forum went there and posted his results and most people liked it, so the next went, and then the next, and by this point that doctor has been trained by this forum to create that look.

Since actual before/afters are rarely posted here, people who take a chance with some random doctor they find and then post results make the hivemind think that doctor is the best on earth for that procedure.

As good a comparison as can be made with what I provided.

As far as the result thus far, I will say that if the lateral crease does not straighten out (right now you can see it's curved) - and I'm not holding my breath - I will likely follow in Rogers' footsteps to this mystery surgeon who can drop it permanently, provided all turns out well. The straight crease IS where the magic lies.

They were running a special in November (when I paid) where PRP was included.

Before surgery, the doc was talking about 200%...no idea where he landed.

The only thing I know for sure is it's been one month of zero exercise and an excess of fast food. A first, if I'm being honest.

There's no reason to go to one clinic over another for fat grafting, unless you're low IQ and overfill the infras to the brim without addressing a recessed infra bone.

I feel like we can never get enough under-eye fat graft. Idk if the survivability is low there or we need infra implants + fat graft, but there are always dark circles. Great results though, best ROI procedure by far.

Looking into Hawkes, Zamani and Shah-Desai.

What price did you pay for each and what doctor from Rattinan? I think they obfuscated the prices for these procedures on the website I can't find it.
