Ill eat omad only meat tbhIf you want go on aggressive cut. Less than 1200 cals will either lose muscle, nuke hormones, or both.
- Get your protein intake in to maintain muscle.
- Get your minimum fat intake in.
- Cut the carbs out.
- Probably get you to 1200-1500 cals a day.
- Work hard in gym, try your hardest to not lose any strength.
- Get some steps in.
- Do for 4-6 weeks and should be good.
I do it for health reasons maonly elimination dietIf you are stilling growing just healthy and moderate cardio. But personally im eating chicken breast ,fruit and sweet potatoes and fast 24hrs like twice a week. But i dont have weeks /months to mess around.I want results to see where i stand
