Finished college, lonely with basically no friends, how over is it?

FUCK. It hit me so hard. 4 years and I on ly made 2 o 3 friends, who are even bigger losers than me and I don't even have a lot in common with them. Main problem is I'm lonely asf and I don't know what I need to stop being lonely. I don't know if I need more friends, female validation, get laid more, a LTR or just people to hang out with. I just don't see a way to meet people after college tbh, specially the life-long type of friends, the ones you invite to your wedding if I'm ever cucked enough to get married. I hate all the time I've wasted that's never coming back.
