Confession- my sleeping patterns have been deeply fucked up for a lot of the past 13 years.
Not all of it, but they have been anything but consistent, too many times being awake till 3, 4, 5 even 6am, and waking at midday or later
It reached it's apex the last couple of weeks...other areas of my life are improving, but I was just staying awake till even 7 or 8am, waking at 2 or 3pm...last week even at 5pm.
Gonna just bite the bullet at say fuck it, I'm gonna take the opposite approach for the foreseeable future. Wake up super early, 4.30 or 5, hit the weights first thing...be in bed by 10 or 11.
I've actually only slept 5 hours each of the last 3 days, and it's not that bad. You feel on edge and the opposite of comfortable, which is good.
Time for a change, time for structure.
