strted cutting 3 weeks ago, made horrible progress. lost maybe 1-2lbs of fat max, and prob muscle too since i was cuting and eating 0 protein.



anyways

trained my forearms today like 10 sets of wrist curls and finger rolls.

need to lose 15-20lbs of fat ASAP
