After wearing a flat plane mouthguard for a little over a month and a half or two, my molars are starting to upright, it’s MAGIC!
You can gain the same success wearing a simple 20 dollar or even 5 dollar flat plane mouthguard like this!

Also, would this theoretically work for bottom teeth? More chin projection perhaps

I believe so, I think as the teeth become upright your jaw starts coming forward because it’s not being forced to retread backwards, sort of like an overbite

Can I mouth guard both sides top and bottom? Or should I just mouth guard the top half for half a day and alternate to the other bottom half after

No, before I would’ve said to put it down but lately, I haven’t been doing that and I’ve been wearing it regularly for about a month or two and I’ve been seeing great results. My mother decided to upright greatly and my enter molar with it has also increased so just wear it regularly.

My left molars on my upper teeth cave inward and it creates brutal asymmetry and when I put my teeth together, they hurt like hell. Would this fix it?

But I need chin projection tho, would putting it upward cause ccw rotation?
Don’t worry about my previous post,my fave is changing greatly, like if you saw how much it has changed in 2 months just by unlocking my occlusion and adding a height with the mouthguard, trust me, wear it regularly and you will see

Do NOT mold it, wear specifically a flat plane mouthguard like the ones ive shared, or something like a myobrace that doesn’t lock the teeth how molding them do, also I would recommend wearing it 24/7 so you could wear something like a polymorph clip on for the teeth, it adds extra height

It’s good, it’s where I got the idea, I believe in their teachings, Ken leaver also says any mouthguard will do Aslong as it’s a flat plane mouthguard.

I like the idea but what's the actual use of a mouthguard? Getting the teeth straight or clenching for maseter muscles?

It’s gets teeth straight don’t get me wrong, but it has more benefits than that. Braces ruin you, but this fixes you.

About the mouthguard.
Should I buy a double-sided one or just the top one?
I have a slight deep bite and would like to improve it

What's the principle behind this? I have one teeth a bit overerupted? Do you this might help to get flatter occlusion and what about having minor crowding? Looks cool idea tho Mirin the thought and your occlusion nigga

I would recommend a double, it’s more height added to the teeth, the main thing you should worry about is #1 how large and #2 how much height these mouth guards are extremely expensive but you can be sure that people use it for the purpose that I’m using them for (health and appearance) and they are made for this, (material and design base) look up REVIV2 it’s R2 it’s around 80Bucks but the guy completely made them he designed the mold and bought them, and they are made to be worn for long times out of premium materials, this sounds like an ad lol I’ll put the link here https://getreviv.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoqiQqMZEji6XVFtIgIbYiqQPs-j_TlJdYwf8mnjbuPeuGCVxmes

This is purely based off the principles of Ken leavers idea and trials, he has made a whole skool community you can sign up for a free trial, he sells his own mouth guards aswell but a regular mouthguard that’s flat plane vs his are pretty much the same, the only thing is that you can rest assured he has accurate size and they are made in mind taking account looks and health overall vs just a mouthguard, here’s a random result from a guy wearing the mouthguard he also does some sort of routine, Ken also advocates for things like this, here’s the results and routine
IMG 4886

  • Stretching the jaw and body 3 times a day, 20 minutes each session
  • Ending each session with a torque test
  • Sleeping with a mouthguard (I don’t wear it during the day)

Unlock the occlusion stretch soft tissue and you allow ur bones to go back to how they were supposed to, if someone had an extremely narrow palate, that’s not the only issue in their skull, their skull will compensate, If the maxilla is underdeveloped or narrow, the rest of the skull and even the face may adapt to accommodate that. For instance, there’s 22 bones in the skull if the maxilla is underdeveloped or narrow, The mandible might rotate or shift, the nasal, cavity can become more restricted, the cranial base and zygomatic arches can compensate structurally, even the position of the eyes or forehead shape may change. THE skull is interlocked with all the bones, if one changed it the other ones follow, this is why I believe palate expanders are wrong as they are only addressing one bone, and not the root cause, soft tissues.

Yeah I understand ur skepticism, but again I’m not planning to share any results for a year or two, I need to absolutely fix everything just to wow people even know lol, but besides this, you are free to join the reviv community and ask away, they give one month free, and you can look up some results.

If that feels comfortable sure, but you are just supposed to lay ur teeth on the mouthguard, imagine the mouthguard as if ur teeth gained 2 inches of height, would you be clenching 24/7?

I saw a video from Cranium talking about this and she recommends it, although something that made me suspicious was that in the comments someone asked if mouthguards cause a posterior open bite and she said yes but that it's not a problem (it seems like a problem to me).
Idk what to do about my deep bite. Even though it's very slight, I'm not at all comfortable with my profile

Yes, it does create a posterior open bite, this isn’t bad at all, it’s bad if you let it close on its own after removing the mouthguard, as it causes ALOT of issues, having the open bite is not the problem and it doesn’t interfere with chewing as much as one may think, the only issue is when you close it.
