I discovered that I have an attention span of 10-15 min tops so when im going through a YouTube playlist or reading book or solving questions I do it from around 10 15 min then I feel im losing the edge I take a break do 200 jumping jacks and 50-65 pushups then go back. My focus is enhanced significantly for the next some time, then every 10-15 min I go back to it then take a break and exercise
It works like a charm killed 4 hours easy and the stuff I studied is so rock solid in my brain. Also a leanmaxxing and fitness hack, sort of gamifying the stuff to make it entertaining and it’s fun to watch my push-up nos go up.
I can work so tirelessly this way
Works better than taking Jew drugs like Ritalin. The somewhat elevated heart rate and endorphin rush mimics stimulant rush like nicotine but it’s good for ur baseline hr and stuff
While im at college during library and break what I can do is just take a list of problems to practice and solve and just keep doing them in the free time, another way to gamify it
