what is like the best way to fully maximize clavicular-width? i got pretty good clavic bones genetically and fully focusing on it for aesthetic in the gym but i guess there must be something for more controlled muscle growth.

If you know anything for controlled muscle growth, just type it in i'll look it up
 
HGH if still in puberty. That shit grows ur clavs.

Also train them a lot for muscle hypertrophy.

Clavicles are mostly genetic, but doesnt mean they will never gain a little width.

if you want the bone to be wider just blast hgh and test but overall shoulder width just spam lateral raises❤️

also minimize waist width to have a better ratio

not that u can control this but u can at least try to avoid training transverse abdominals and getting love handles

definetly thinking about hgh


i'm training abs about 1-2x in a week and all 2 weeks my torso so it doesn't get as dominant as abs will get overtime

thanks, been doing them at the machine 6-8 reps 3 sets, combine with dumbells or dumbell only?
