But facially you look really good just work on that SMV a bit.

If you want to know ways to improve facially Idk what type of surgery its called but it looks like you have asymetrical eyes (one is higher than other)? Idk if that's something that you should look into? Idk if that's a very expensive/risky surgery if it is I wouldn't bother as its not super noticeable but other than that idk what you could do surgery wise you look really good tbh.
