Decided to get since people told me lower third surgeries arent as risky , so I felt safe going under a currie's knife lol. I told him that I would just prefer a little more forward growth and in proportion with the rest of my face so it doesnt look uncanny. It seems to have raised my hyoid as well.

Does genioplasty also move the zygos laterally? I didnt do anything for my zygos and IK mse moves it wider but genioplasty? Is it possible in a rare case?
