Gonna state some facts about myself first:

Im 19 years old, Live in california, my surgeon for the operation is dr aaron kosins
Huge Nose.
Getting chin implant for free because I have good connections with the surgeon.
Pretty sure the chin implant is going to be a smaller size silicone one. Should I ask for a more boxy implant?
Also im hoping to get that elias de poot nose so is there anything i should ask the surgeon for specifically?
