Have you seen FME cases?
I have never heard about the reduction in saggital length, how do I bring this up to my provider in a simple way?

I an scheduled to get mine installed next month, I can keep you updated privately thru pm’s on how it looks both aesthetically / functionally

I mean now that ik ur 21, hgh might not be worth it tbh. Ur on the older side, so unless u were a late bloomer, hgh wont change anything

I'm doing it for facial dimorphism, maybe an extra inch on height, bigger clavicles / penis etc

Yeah ucandoanything, I mean from what I’ve seen it looks promising, it’s better than MSE. But again I haven’t seen enough cases, read enough case reports or chat with patients etc.

Idk about all sorts of things. Probably relating to biobloc or removable expanders, stuff like that. As I’m not against them, and I believe they can be useful tools just like rpe can be. I personaly have undergone biobloc treatment. But will likely do FME as well.

I am with you actually,

I started with upper and lower alf then moving to FME.

I have come to the conclusion Alf/Biobloc won’t fix it but gives a great base.

If I had to choose an ideal timeline for someone it would be 1 year of alf or biobloc then FME.
