I have this theory which i saw nowhere else and i was wondering about your guys thoughts about it.

Introduction:
Im in puberty so im trying to max out forward growth and height. For maxing out height sleeping in a straight position on your back without a pillow seems like the best position because your spine is well aligned. This comes with the problem of your tongue falling back in your mouth leading to it not pressing against the fascia therefor xou get maxilla recession and worse breathing leading to worse sleep quality.

Here is my theory:
If you perform a slight chin tuck while sleeping you essentially create the same effect as a pillow because your head is tilted forward so your tongue isnt affected by gravity as much, so it wont fall in your throat. Additionally you will have a constant gorward pressure against your mandible becaus its lightly pressed into your neck fat so you gain forward growth. Additionally this is the straightest position your spine can have therefore best for height and due to many people having a lot of forward head posture, it would be quite the opposite while sleeping fixing daytime bad habits.

What yall think

in reality you aren’t waking up in that position, you maintain this sleeping position for 30-60 minutes then subconsciously switch to a more comfortable position.
you shouldn’t even worry about sleeping position that much, it’s mostly cope, just try to not sleep on your stomach/sides too much you’ll be fine lol.

Sleeping position doesn't matter nigger, just don't sleep on your stomach and you'll be fine.
This theory is retarded for so many reasons, you think pressure against your mandible will give you projection???
