Gonial/jaw implants is the shittiest surgery

I mean it widens the chin the most. And yea i have not seen many results. And the process is horrid
So, does this surgery only widen the tip of the chin? I've read that it automatically widens the lower jaw laterally as well.

All result i have seen from it and even irl experience when i did my surgery was extremly bad. It just never looks neither natural or good. I have seen like 10+ giant result, 4-5 ram result and 6 pag result. Also a few on the internet, and i have never seen one good or even half decent result thats even remotely close too an average jaw with decent width. Most of the times it litteraly descended them to the ground. And the ones i have seen irl looks absolutely awful and uncanny even because the jaw doesnt look normal. Most good looking jaws comes mostly from the muscle insertions and the size of it. Jaw implants litteraly destroys the muscle or it is attached not even remotely the same. In worst case you get dehiscence and get some weird bump and muscle slid up and shit.

Absolute scam surgery, never touch ever unless you have the worst jaw in human history or can grow a beard over it
So what even if you were considerably right to most causes which I completely disagree with what will you do? Just have a shitty rat jaw? No.

The width of my gonions is ok but the problem is that they are too high in relation to my chin because of the bad rotation of my maxilla. It makes my face look too V-shaped from the front.

A trimax with ccw rotation can be enough to significantly lower the gonions and give a wider jaw from the front in my case?

Rather have a rat jaw :smonk:

V shaped is ideal little moron:aheago:

Truecel are you criticizing more of the implants that mainly aim to flare out the gonions or just jaw implants in general that instead of adding width to the gonions they just make the mandible look like it has more bone mass.

This case from Ramieri didn’t use implants to necessarily flare out the gonions unlike his other implate case. instead it just added more definition since it imitates there being more bone.

I’m asking because Ramieri is starting to offer “mcw implate” which is another implant/bsso plate hybrid except mcw will cover more of the mandible so there is no step off. Which I would imagine would give similar results to the photo I posted, now ofcourse those results aren’t in motion so we don’t know exactly but the result look very good imo.

after I’m done with ortho Ramieri and I will come up with a design plan for implants and now I’m not exactly sure what I I should choose. I definitely do want some jaw implants although it’s mostly to even out my jaw symmetry and add some slight definition. I’m definitely going to ask for very conservative measurements, but don’t know if I should ask for mcw (such as in the photo) or his other implate technique that from what I’ve seen mostly just flares out the onions and adds ramus height. I want to choose the safest option. Which one do you think is safer?

@tweaqo
Interesting.

I will talk with Ramieri about this

Tbh I’m going to ask him for the most conservative mcw movements, ones that only slightly flare out the gonions

The only guy who does it got his license taken away cos he was nuts
While it may be a difficult process, at least it looks pretty natural. What do you think?

What do you think of jaw fillers? i've believed for a while now that jaw filler mog, of course there are downsides too but it's better than fucking up your jaw with an uncanny ass implant..

Not a fan of implants in general. Although I have seen some good results

What about bone resorption and possible migration?
From what ive seen its about what supports it. So chin filler is least likely to migrate because theres a bony structure under it. But jaw filler will migrate bad probably, and into the most unideal area the submental.

What about chin wing? I don't know much about chin wing but I've heard that it can replace

Cases of bone resorption in case of fillers were described for the chin fillers first, perhaps, due it muscles there being movable with facial expressions. In theory, gonial fillers done on bone may last long yet there is also a movable part...

Personally I would just never ever get them because they arent permanent, just doesnt make sense to get.

You can get bone resorption from filler but jaw implants also for sure
U have actually blackpilled me on jaw implants with this thread, even though i kinda always knew it on the back of my mind lol. Brutal.

I did it almost a week ago, looks natural asf, would recommend them before implants or you can go a long time only with fillers.

Migration happens if you do not follow few rules, basically living a shitty lifestyle.

Yes its good
What do you think of tom cruise’s ascension? It seems like he probably got a jaw implant and he still ascended insanely hard. One of the few examples of a jaw implant done right imo.

Hard to say what tom cruise did. I wish it was a jaw implant but its probably a long shot considering the time he got it(1984 or sum) that he would get such good result without implant show. Could just be masseter hypertrophy

Natural result wich is also good, few users here have seen it.

Did 4.4ml, 2.2ml on each side (gonions and the body of the jaw but not chin).

So chin wing is a good alternative ?
Since it lakes a better gonial angle by lowering the ramus and widen the jaw.

eh. i doubt it was just masseter hypertrophy.

"He had jaw implants in the late 80s/90s from Dr. Edward Terino, who was also an avid Scientologist and one of the pioneers of facial implants.

Dr. Terino has since passed away, but he was known as THE jaw implant guy in Hollywood in the 90s/early 2000s on the old plastic surgery forums before Reddit existed.

I contacted him for a consult 25+ years ago and his office mailed me a questionnaire full of Scientology questions you had to answer correctly before he would even see you.

I remember answering them the way I thought a Scientologist would want to hear and his office"

many online say it was dr. terino. tom cruise's entire jaw went from being downswung, narrow, recessed to wide, more upswung/clockwise rotated, and forward projected. his chin gained projection. his jaw became more flared outward. i'm not aware of any orthodontic treatment that did that, masseters getting big alone will NOT do that, and fillers are unlikely because they didn't become a big thing until more recently AND tom's jaw has looked the same since the 90s so it has to be something permanent like an implant.

regardless i still agree with you that jaw implants suck. i don't know how tom got such a mogger result. i guess being the #1 movie star with a lot of money helps. unfortunately dr. terino is dead now. now we may never ascend like tom cruise did. i hope giant can one day ascend people with jaw implants like terino did to cruise but i am skeptical of giant as you are, ngl.

What jaw angle implant results have you seen from Giant/Pag?

Always have planned jaw angle implants until recently when I realized my mandible is probably slightly recessed. May go for BSSO / Ramus widening instead. My bigonial is a bit narrow, but tbf I'm high bf% and it looks less narrow in pictures from 6ft away
@lurking truecel

This ramieri case of inframalars and implate looked really good imo, corrected asymmetry added angularity, heightened the ramus pretty well, of course maybe the masseter looks fucked during speech and movement but overall good result. also these results look fairly conservative not too much of a drastic change compared to most jaw implant results, maybe just being conservative is the move, what do you think tho @lurking truecel

what are you talking about, i've seen many good examples, here is one:

masseter muscle is almost impossible to notice either, maybe a looksmaxxer can figure out you had implants but no normie will based on just that
