im form austria and you not getting a pallete expander made me scared for a sec (becouse your name has schnitzel in it and it Is an Austrian dish)

Every Ortho is different.
If I were to visit a different Ortho in my city I'd maybe get a palate expander, if I go broader maybe Lefort 1 or Bimax.
I can't really change my Ortho so I'm stuck for now.

Im using my tongue as chewing gum right now lol.

Tell them you cant sleep well because of breathing problems and that you wake up multiple times a night and dont feel rested at all when you wake up in the morning
