Some people are arguing that going to the gym, while absolving strength training and cardio is bad for an individual.

It isn’t only bad in the health aspect, but also in the looks aspect; one of the reasons is that It raises cortisol levels.

My opinion is that your retarded and are unable to understand nuances when it comes to cortisol and resistance training.

just manage fatigue and lift science based, shouldn't be an issue with proper diet and recovery

If you overtrain then yes it definitely raises cortisol levels
