Drop yo guys weekly gym routine??

Mine
Monday:- Chest, abs
Tuesday:- Back, Bicep
Wednesday:- Shoulders, Tricep
Thursday:- LEGS, ABS
FRIDAY:- Whole Body

Sat and Sunday off

I sit on the treadmill, stairmaster and Crosstrainer for Cardio 20 mins

Only hitting stuff twice a week isn't gonna give you the best results boss
 
Use 3 time frequency U/L or A/P or fbeod

search for science based lifters and follow their program (tnf)
