I’m fat as fk tho and I can’t lose any weights I think I’m doing the weightloss wrong because I always have rice for dinner n my mom cooks it probably uses sm oil? Should I stop eating her rice and start cooking rice for myself which one is better

Better would be making the rice urself so u know what u eat

make everything yourself and track all during your weight loss cycles

Just go gym and when you go gym do mostly cardio instead of arms and chest niggas will go to the gym play with dumbbells for 10 mins and expect to lose 50 pounds over night and yah stop eating your moms rice make your own

1 hour incline treadmill and 1 hour lifting
