With callisthenics u can build muscle literally in any place, whether at home at your relatives house
Or at some picnic with ur family

U can build muscle even in mental asylum.

gym is for pussies, if lifting weights is all u can do you will forever be a slave to gym membership
Gym is waste of time and money especially if it’s always packed with people

gym is for slaves, callisthenics is freedom u can do it anywhere anytime no matter your schedule

Real shit my g. I've been increasing the tension of my exercises by slowing the range of movement and it honestly gives me the same if not similar pump to bars.

Add weights on to my bodyworkout and im done tbh

Have one incel do push ups and pull ups for 2 years and have other incel going to a quality gym with quality machines, free weights, equipment which will enable him to progressivelly overload and target most important muscles for aesthetic look, and see who will have better physique in 2 years.

Swimmers have the most mogger body's and they don't lift.
Where I used to work I saw the teenage boys in the swim squad daily, a few complete moggers with huge bideltoid width and tiny waist, skinny arms but it didn't matter one single bit.
1 single weight was not needed.

I rarely see guys at the gym with decent bideltoid width.Plus with swimming you're getting cardio at the same time.
You don't need to swim at a high level to get good shoulder gains from it just be consistent.
Gym bros always look bloated

you don't even need that much cardio unless you are like an endurance athlete

just go for a 10minute walk after each meal in day and you will easily get your 150 minutes of cardio a week
weight training is unlike any other and boosts bone mineral density unlike any other
