Over if you naturally don't have 8 inch wrists and 1000ng/l T leves, trust me you will naturally look swole like nature has intended to. If you look skinnyfat it mean you are genetic trash and should accept that faith, no point in lifting, i literally never had problems with women when i was a giga framcel skinny faggot, nothing changed when i lifted. Face and height is everything, a naturally good body and frame are a very good plus but not worth it

better do some heavy cardio like swimming, running or cycling which makes your body actually useful
and keeps you always at a low body fat, also very legit mental benefits, completely cured my depression and studies
compared cardio to be as effective as anti-depressants

even if you manage to have a good physique as a natty after 2-3 years of training and having top tier genes, or even if you roid,
you will never look at your best 24/7

If you don't have a good body after working out for a while, you didn't work out hard enough. I have 6.25 wrists, i'm low t, and i've got compliments from both foids and guys after only 6 months working out with 2 dumbells

True, people here are so low iq it actually hurts me. If you have a shit frame and small wirsts don't lift, it's like putting gold sprinkles on shit, sure you will technically improve but its not nearly worth it for the effort and dedication.

If you have bad genetics and low T i highly recommend following your own vibe, go be a skater kid, play gitar and hunt for e girls or something, thats the vibe you should follow with low T genes. Was in my park last night, saw kids with giga shit frames slaying e thots while their giga shit framecel peers cope in the gym

Your definition of "top tier physique" is strange. What even constitutes that? Everyone knows you can't have some absurd level of mass natty, but you can be both lean and way more muscular than someone who isn't lifting. But of course, if you believe that nobody that looks impressive can be natty, based on your own subjective results in the gym, then there's nothing I can tell you to change your mind.

Because I am cutting to a low bf and swimming is extremely good for that because it burns so much calories and makes you keep and even gain a bit of muscle instead of lose, its also very effective for maintaining a low bf, also when I don't exercise I and I just cut, I get very depressed and its mentally impossible, while swimming makes me feel great

I can guarantee you that swimming builds almost no muscle except maybe some initially in totally untrained athletes.

Cutting quickly without resistance training ensures you lose more lean mass than necessary. A better approach would be less cardio, equal deficit if you are impatient, and resistance training to keep muscle mass.

virtruvian is like 6'1 6'2 and 175lbs lean. sean is like 220+ 5'10 13% bf. just stop. and 195-200 in the pic you posted 10%. there isnt even a 1% chance of sean being natty

When you have been sitting around doing nothing for 7 months due to lockdown and being without muscle and have very weak shoulders,
swimming will make you gain those back and go through a short but quick body recomposition, I have been getting comments about my shoulders getting wider, and in pics I look way more defined
but it won't give you much more though

You do not "bloat" by lifting, nor do you need to gain any significant amount of fat to gain muscle. Weight gain is a function of being in a caloric surplus, which has nothing to do with weight lifting. What weight lifting will do is take energy either via diet or bodyfat and fuel protein synthesis, building muscle mass.

Yes, low bodyfat is important. But that has nothing to do with weight lifting, and everything to do with caloric deficit.
