can u guys rate my gym plan and how i could improve it?
thinking abt. adding dips and Pullups or using a wide grip for lat pulldowns

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Push
Wednesday: Pull
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Push
Sunday: Pull

Push:
2x Pec Dec
2x Incline Bench or incline chest press

2x Shoulder Press
2x Lateral Raises

2x Single Arm Pushdown
2x Overhead extension with curved Bar Attachement


Pull:
2x Close Mag Grip Lat Pulldown
2x Close Mag Grip Seated Cable row
2x T-Bar Row

2x Hammer Curls
2x Preacher Curls


Legs:
2x Leg extension
2x Seated Hamstring Curls
1x Leg Press
2x Calve Raises at Leg Press Machine

2x Ab Crunches
 
It’s good, try to start in a high protein diet
