I weight around 90kgs now i will cut now so i can become sexy again this is my most newest picture of me (today)
also i did 250kg deadlift + 140kg squat after a year of lifting i lacked on bench never did it since i was scared that it'll rip my chest like in some video , i started dough it recently and im at 120kg now
