what gym routine should i do with only dumbells?(including neck twice a week)
i have been training for 2 years so no pussy beginner routine

Depends, limiting yourself by removing barbell exercises tbh. What are your current 1 rep on compound i.e PB: DL, Squat, Bench, Overhead

yeah i know,i want to start gym soon but they closed all the gyms that are close,and i never tried my 1 rm,i started taking gym serious like a year ago and i don't have enough weight now to test it
