is this gym split acceptable? i cant go more than 3 days and fullbody split takes too much time.

- Chest - Pec deck 1 set, incline db press 2 set.
- Back - Lat pulldown 2 sets, upper back biased row 2 sets.
- Shoulders - Lateral raises 1 set, shoulder press 2 set.
- tricep - S/A tricep pushdown 1 set, tricep pushdown for medial and lateral heads 2 set.
- bicep - preacher curl 2 set
- forearm - reverse curl 1 set
- Quads - Leg extension 2 set
- Hams - Leg curl 2 set
- Compound - Leg press 2 sets
- Calf - Calf raises 1 set
- Lower back - Hinges 2 sets
- Abs - decline abs
- Chest - Pec deck 1 sets, Incline db press 1 set
- Back - Lat row 1 set, Upper back row 2 sets
- Shoulders - Lateral raises 1 set, Shoulder press 2 sets
