when I was bulking 40lbs in 4 months I used to eat 6 eggs, a shake with a tbsp of peanut butter, oats, milk, protein powder.
Also used to eat almost a kilo of rice in one sitting twice a day, and 400g of pork with unholy amounts of sauces.

It was fun but I wouldn't do it again knowing what I know now.

As far as my knowledge spands piana used the ideology of more so just eating as much as possible 10-12 meals a day type shit. He always talks about eating real food, no protein shakes or gainers, which im sure everyone can respect

Yeah, I ain't saying eat 10-12 meals tho, but make sure to eat high quality foods, quite frequent, and Make them tasty, you don't have to eat empty rice and chicken breast, mix it up, add seasonings, sauces, etc
