1kg of rice in one sitting is absolutely insanewhen I was bulking 40lbs in 4 months I used to eat 6 eggs, a shake with a tbsp of peanut butter, oats, milk, protein powder.
Also used to eat almost a kilo of rice in one sitting twice a day, and 400g of pork with unholy amounts of sauces.
It was fun but I wouldn't do it again knowing what I know now.
