What the fuck, weirdo
The reason for your hair loss is because of oestrogen depletion and hormonal imbalance. Oestrogen plays a crucial role in the anagen phase of the hair cycle especially if you have high androgen loads. Oestrogen receptors exist in the hair follicle thus low E2 = shortened anagen = increased shedding. Also, the hormonal shock can push your follicles into telogen effluvium.

You want roughly 20-40pg/mL. Titrate your AI carefully, don't crash E2. Use lower doses of AI.

I know that thanks tho, I was mainly going for omega 3 and collagen support, my e2 levels were at 30, I need between 20-10 tho

If you're going low-E2, you need to manually compensate for what oestrogen was doing. Keep that anagen phase stimulated (minox), reduce inflammation (ketaconazole), and support follicle structure (collagen, omegas, etc.). You should be fine I imagine. Are you trying to manage gyno or bloat or something?

Growth plate closure
Ketaconazole can also be found in shampoo right? Should I use pill or shampoo.

Oral is too risky for the benefit in this case. Potential liver damage. Topical/shampoo is what you want.
