Hard to LDAR

Why the fuck is it so hard for me to just LDAR
I legit wanna cut all my connections to any family members or friends but i cant stop messaging or talking with them because i have some sort feeling that keeps me stopping from that decision?Even though they dont like me or message me first for obvious reasons. I dont even fcking know i just want to be alone

Also, for some reason, i wanna be addictive to something. send help

I'm in a similar situation. I've cut contact with family
and am addicted to smoking and alcohol and my shitty part time jobs.

You just need to accept the ldar life of depression and self pity
