Would adding cardio everyday change my face without losing weight?

How much impact can habits such as gym, eating clean, cardio, etc. have?

Anyone who has experience pls reply

I don't know anything science-wise but this is from basic research and personal experience (weightlifting ~2 years)
Gym/intense exercise improves bloodflow and causes lymphatic fluids to move which can both help with debloating, as well as sweating
Carbs (specifically certain sugars) cause your body to retain more water, which makes you look more bloated/fatter

So yes eating clean and daily cardio would probably make your face look leaner, surprised you don't know this after 1000 posts

I know this, but i want to know how big the impact is and if its worth to do it

Intense cardio daily will definitely have decent visual impact, unless you have some horrific genetics.
