in grey terms pleaseit's not complicated, the more you take the more extracellular volume you lose (diminishing returns), and the greater the RAAS compensation is
the more you take, the less bloated you are, but the more you will bloat when it wears offin grey terms please
so 12.5 will me mild-moderate transient debloatin grey terms please
Run 50mgWould 12.5 hctz be enough to debloat if im not on any gear?
can use only when going out? ik rebound bloat would be bad on days im not usingthe more you take, the less bloated you are, but the more you will bloat when it wears off
rep my answers saar
50mg hctz is so odRun 50mg
Eplerenone is better tho mark as a solution buddy
Its fine trust50mg hctz is so od
you can use daily tbh, the rebound is once you stop chronic dosing so maybe nevercan use only when going out? ik rebound bloat would be bad on days im not using
im thinking 5 days on, 2 days off
real ones take 120 lasix w every mealIts fine trust
Mirin i jfl by faultreal ones take 120 lasix w every meal

eplere long term is really expensive thats why i was just sayin hctz.you can use daily tbh, the rebound is once you stop chronic dosing so maybe never
eplerenone can potentially mitigate some of the RAAS-mediated rebound bloat
yeah actually amiloride is better and cheaper than eplerenone (and works better) because it blocks ENaC which is downstream of the mr receptor but also blocks other things like gh, insulin, and androgens from causing epitheleal sodium channel reabsorptioneplere long term is really expensive thats why i was just sayin hctz.
i know eplere is more safer and everything but hypothetically a 1:2 sodium to potassium ratio and 4 liters of water and i should be okay
